Create a New User Profile

 

Click the Click Here to Register hyperlink on the ILMS Customer Portal Logon screen.

 

 

Note: Fields marked with * are required fields and must be filled in.

 

1. Enter your license number and your license type. This information is required.
2. Enter your web portal pin number. This is the same pin number that has been assigned to you by the City of Houston when you registered your contractor details.
3. Enter the email address associated with your license number and license type. This email address must match the email address registered with the City of Houston.
4. Select the security level associated with your user profile.
   • If you are the license holder, select the This is my License; Do not Limit my user access rights option. This will allow you full access rights to the ILMS Customer Portal.
   • If you are creating a staff member's user profile, select the The user being added is a staff member option. This will limit your employee's web portal activity to your license details.
5. Enter your new user ID in the User ID field. Your user ID will be used to login to the ILMS Customer Portal.
6. Enter your new password in the Password field.
7. Enter your password once again to confirm.
8. Enter your first, middle and last name in the appropriate fields.
9. Enter your phone number in the Phone Number field.
10. Enter your fax number, if applicable. This is optional.
11. Enter your full mailing address, with street address, city, state and zip code.
12. Enter your company name in the Company Name field.
13. Once you have entered your information, click the Submit button to add your profile.

 

NOTE: You can also click the Clear button to clear your information from all fields. This is useful if you have made errors while entering your new profile details.

 

 

 

The License Administrators Maintenance screen displays the various user profiles who have access to a license number. Use this screen to grant access to users as well to remove/deny access to a specified user. Granting access to a user allows that user to conduct business with or on your/the license holder's behalf.

 

1. Enter the company license number.
2. Enter the company license type.
3. Enter the Web Portal Pin number.
4. Click the Refresh User List button.
5. Then Re-enter the Web Portal Pin number.
6. Enter your User ID.
7. Enter the email address associated with the User ID.
8. Select to Grant this user unrestricted access to my license.
9. Click the Link and Authorize this User button to grant access. You will now have access to the EC license.

2. Enter the SR license type.
3. Enter the Web Portal Pin number.

6. Enter your User ID.
7. Enter the email address associated with the User ID.
8. Select to Grant this user unrestricted access to my license.
9. Click the Link and Authorize this User button to grant access. You will now have access to the SR account license.
